Financial Peace University
Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University workshop is offered several times each year. It is a 9-week DVD series, with class discussion and provides Bible-based, common-sense education and empowerment that gives hope to everyone—from the financially secure to the financially distressed.
We offer the following classes on an occasional basis:

A House in Order: Practical and Spiritual Aspects of Estate Design
Ed & Mary Kuiper's story
Ted & Louise Roth's story
Gil & Mary Miller's story
• How to review your estate plans at no cost to you
• How to move tax dollars to dollars for ministry
• How to make estate planning spiritual before it is mechanical
• How to protect valuable relationships in your estate planning
• How to avoid common mistakes in retirement planning
This seminar will use the resources of Mission to the World’s, Estate and Gift Design Department to help families find God’s plan of stewardship for their estates. God calls us to be wise stewards of the resources He has entrusted to us and, as Christ followers, we spend our lives working to make wise decisions that honor God with how we use His money. However, very few of us think about how we can honor God with our resources past our time here on earth. More than 70% of adults in the US do not have a simple will.
For most people, estate planning is one of the most important stewardship transactions a person will make and the process stirs up key questions. How much is enough for my family between now and when I die? How much is enough for my heirs? What should I do with the rest? You get to choose who will steward the resources that God has given you, after He calls you home. This seminar was held February 6, 2014.
