January 16 – Parent & Student Info Meeting
January 30 – Registration Deadline - $80 non-refundable deposit due (waived if registered for the Summer Mountain Adventure)
February 20 – Team Meeting - Fundraising Training – 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. parent attendance required
February 27 – Team Meeting & Deadline – 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (Email final draft of fundraising letter for approval)
March 13 – Team Meeting & Deadline – 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Bring all fundraising letters ready to be mailed (must be stamped, addressed, and have a return address)
April 10 – Team Meeting – 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
April 24 – Team Meeting – 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
May 15 – Deadline – Final Balance Given
May 29 – Deadline – Final Balance Due
DEPARTURE: FRIDAY, JULY 22
Leader Meeting: 5:30 a.m.
Student Drop Off: 6:00 a.m.
Departure: 6:30 a.m.
RETURN: FRIDAY, JULY 29
Return: Approximately 6:30 p.m. (students will call when they are 1-2 hours out)

THE ESSENTIALS PACKING LIST:
Bible
Notebook
Pen
Work Boots (go to a thrift store/second hand for a good deal)
Work Clothes including long pants (think painting/demolition/brush work - second hand SCRUBS work well)
One pair of work gloves (preferably leather palm)
At least one long sleeved work shirt (brush work)
Modest clothing - please no tight fitting shirts/pants. NO yoga pants, NO short shorts, NO tanks, NO midriffs
Sleeping bag
Pillow
Towel(s) for showers (none are provided)
Toiletries (deodorant, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc)
Hat (for the sun)
Water bottle
Sun screen
Spending/fun money
ANY MEDICINES YOU NEED (especially allergies)
Please be prepared to pay for 3 meals each way (6 meals total).
