WOMEN’S REFRESH

We are thrilled to invite you to our Women’s Refresh this year, happening on March 15!

Once upon a time, our God, The Great Author, wrote the most exciting story through His Word and has invited us to be part of it. Our individual stories are reflected in the four chapters of this greatest story ever written: Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Consummation. Join us for a morning of exploration of our own stories - and those of other women - in light of God’s bigger story.

March 15 | 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | Main entrance in the church building | Includes light breakfast and materials

Registration opens on February 15 and closes on March 9. Early cost is $20, registration after March 1 is $25.

Women’s Bible Study

Join us for Saved: Experiencing the Promise of the Book of Acts, by Nancy Guthrie. This year-long study invites us to peer into the lives of the apostles in the days following the resurrection and ascension of Jesus as they experienced new power from the indwelling Holy Spirit and a new understanding of the Old Testament scriptures. With a friendly and engaging tone, Saved covers the entire book of Acts, providing a solid and accessible study resource.

Wednesday evenings, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., S3/S4 - Child care available
Thursday mornings, 9:00 - 11:30 a.m., Leonard Hall - NO child care available

Village Moms

Village Moms is a ministry of Village Seven whose desire is to serve and encourage young mothers. Our hope is to create community within our church, as well as to be an outreach for mothers of preschoolers in Colorado Springs. Village Moms is eager to continue our large group meetings with child care this spring, but we are in need of volunteers to serve in Trailhead on the second and fourth Tuesday mornings each month.

Naomi Fellowship

We are a group of widows and singles (50+) who meet for a monthly luncheon to encourage one another and build friendships. A $5 charge covers food and entertainment in Leonard Hall. R.S.V.P. to the church office at 719-574-6700.

Healing Journey

This comprehensive Bible study is for women desiring to learn and experience God's biblical principles for healing and find a life of freedom in Christ. The curriculum is appropriate for those dealing with current or past painful events of any degree or type, addictions, relationship issues, grief and loss, distance from God, illness and more. Each confidential group is led by a trained facilitator and has room for 7 participants. There are two options for meeting days/times for women (both meet at the church):

Fridays, beginning September 6, 2023, 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in S3
Sundays, beginning September 8, 2023, 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. in S3

Sarah’s Daughters

We are a small group Bible study for women faced with unique challenges as a result of having difficult relationships, including those with non-Christian spouses or family members. We encourage one another and together seek biblical wisdom for responding with grace and truth in all areas of life.

Monica Moms: Mothers of Prodigals

We are a group of women who gather to pray for our children who struggle in their relationship or walk with the Lord. We seek to grow in the wisdom of the Lord through His Word, Spirit and each other regarding life issues.
