Chris Hodge
Senior Pastor
Chris Hodge is a joyful receiver of God’s grace. He is married to Karen, an amazing wife, woman, mother, leader, teacher, and friend. Karen and Chris have two grown children. Chris grew up in South Carolina but has spent his life serving Christ by loving and leading His church all over the United States. He gets excited about sharing God’s Word and investing in relationships that help others know, love, and enjoy God more through Christ. While he enjoys most sports, his favorite team is Tottenham Hotspur FC in the English Premier League.

Worship Director
Andrew coordinates worship services, leads teams, and creates music to help V7PC glorify God and enjoy Him together. He holds degrees from the Eastman School of Music (Rochester, NY) and the University of Miami (FL). He particularly enjoys composing and arranging music for various ensembles across different genres. Outside of music, Andrew enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
Worship Director
Discipleship Pastor
Lee is honored to serve as one of the pastors at Village Seven Presbyterian Church. He helps oversee the church’s discipleship ministries and community outreach. He grew up in Cincinnati, OH, and Memphis, TN and graduated from Western Kentucky University. He is married to his best friend, Becky, who is a professional counselor. They have two daughters, Stevie and Ellie, and a sweet golden retriever, Boomer. He loves to cook, play and watch sports, and spend time with friends and family in our beautiful state.

Rich has worked at Village Seven since 2016. He leads the adult community groups, the Men of Seven ministry, and the world missions team. Rich is married to Lori and together they served with Mission to the World for 25 years in various roles. Rich enjoys teaching the Bible and visiting their seven grandchildren in Mississippi.

Carl has served as the Director of Pastoral Ministries at Village Seven Presbyterian Church since 2007. He grew up in Manitou Springs and earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver before receiving his M.Div. from Southwestern Seminary. Carl enjoys running local trails, spending time with his grandchildren, and sharing good Mexican food with family and friends.

Julianna helps V7PC ministry leaders strategize how to best serve people and communicate gospel grace. A member since 2009, she grew up in Southern California and graduated from Cal Poly in beautiful San Luis Obispo. She enjoys leading the Healing Journey Bible study and spends her free time listening to podcasts and cruising the Caribbean.

Don provides oversight across multiple areas, ensuring ministries have the resources and support they need to thrive. He brings a wealth of experience from his prior service as an administrator with two mission agencies and has faithfully served on staff since 1999. Outside of his professional role, Don enjoys reading, walking, and leading Bible studies.

Children's Discipleship Director
Born and raised in South Carolina, and graduating from the University of South Carolina, Caroline moved to Colorado in 2023 with her husband, Victor, who serves in the Army. She joyfully serves as the Children’s Discipleship Director, where she is passionate about helping children grow in their faith and feel known, safe, and loved. She is a CrossFit aficionado, and in her free time, she enjoys reading, watching baseball, and trying new restaurants with her husband.

Matt serves as the Youth Ministries Director at Village Seven Presbyterian Church in Colorado Springs, where he is passionate about helping students know Christ, grow in their faith, and live it out in everyday life. He and his wife, Jen, have been married for 25 years and have a daughter, Katherine. Matt enjoys building meaningful relationships with students and families, movies, and investing in the next generation of youth leaders.

Elders and Shepherding Team
Teaching Elders are our Pastors. Teaching Elders, along with Ruling Elders, are part of the governing body of the church. In addition to governing the church, Teaching Elders have been ordained by the presbytery and are authorized to preach and administer the sacraments.
Ruling Elders are men who have been called and ordained by the church to oversee the church spiritually and organizationally.
Shepherding Team members are non-ordained men and women who have successfully been trained, examined, and approved by the Session. They are equipped to help the elders shepherd the people in various situations (marriages, discipleship, family or personal crises, and guidance).

Deacons and Deacon Assistants
Deacons are ordained officers of the church called to serve the sick, the widows, the needy, the friendless, and any who may be in distress.
Deacon Apprentices are men who have completed the necessary officer training required by Village Seven Presbyterian Church, and then one year of apprenticeship prior to ordination.
Deacon Assistants are non-ordained men and women who have successfully completed Village Seven’s School of Mercy Ministry, required interviews and approvals, and have been appointed to serve the body of Christ by assisting the Deacons in their ministry.
